The reaction mechanisms during thermal decomposition in As-S systems are complex to describe due the physicochemical characteristics of arsenic and its sulfides. Non-isothermal tests were carried out a NETZSCH DTA/TG analysis equipment, interrupted vertical oven adapted for this purpose; both an inert nitrogen atmosphere. information obtained experimentally was analyzed correlated determine phases sulfide (V) sample. As result study, mechanism sample apparent activation energy determined by Kissinger Ozawa methods.
